Ned Bauhof is a Principal and Vice President with Precision Distribution Consulting, Inc., an independent distribution consulting firm located in York, Pennsylvania.  Prior to PDC Mr. Bauhof was a Partner in a global supply chain consulting firm. During his 18 years in distribution consulting, Mr. Bauhof has had responsibility for the coordination and management of projects including strategic planning, distribution strategies, operations analysis, facility sizing, material handling design, detail design, best practice assessment, shop floor management and customized job training efforts for numerous beverage and consumer products organizations. 

Mr. Bauhof has successfully executed projects in 17 countries including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Columbia, Venezuela, Brazil, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Italy, France, Norway, Spain, Czech Republic, and Russia.  Mr. Bauhof also co-authored multiple national initiatives that details the design, operations, staffing, and productivity improvement for the United States network of 100+ warehouse facilities for multiple Pepsi organizations, domestically & internationally.  Mr. Bauhof received his B.A. in Business Administration, from Mount Union College. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), member of the National Soft Drink Association (NSDA); Contributing Editor to Beverage Industry Magazine (14 articles); Contributing Editor to Reliant News (6 articles), Czech Republic, contributor to Modern Material Handling Magazine where several of his designs were published as case studies.
